Bidders gather for Oslo tender

NORWAY. Norwegian airport authority Avinor, owner of Oslo Gardermoen landlord Oslo Lufthavn (OSL) plus 45 airports in the country, has announced details of the tender to operate duty-free at Gardermoen and four regional airports
