**DFNI EXCLUSIVE** Bhutan has become the first country to ban the duty-free sale of tobacco products after signing the Framework Convention on Tobacco Control.

 
Bhutan has become the first country to ban the duty-free sale of tobacco products after signing the Framework Convention on Tobacco Control. The Himalayan country has stated its aim to be ?tobacco-free? within the year, and has already criminalised tobacco sales in 19 out of 20 districts.
