CHINA. As revealed on DFNI website RavenFox.com on March 3, Beijing Capital International Airport (BCIA) has formed a new management and purchasing division that could enable it to source duty-free goods independently from China's state-run duty-free monopoly China Duty Free Group (CDFG)
