The new facility is well-placed to serve the border operator's key stores
US retailer and distributor Fairn & Swanson has announced the opening of a new distribution warehouse for Baja Duty Free, its division operating retail on the US southern border. The centre is located in the Otay Mesa area of San Diego, just five mile from the Mexican border.The 6,000sq ft (558sq m) facility is conveniently located to serve three of Baja's key stores in San Ysidro, and will act as distribution centre for the entire Baja operation. The company said the Javier Reyes will be charged with managing the facility.
