BMI and BMI Baby go to tender

The two airlines issue a request for proposals

Charter airline BMI and its low-cost division BMI Baby have launched tender processes for their onboard retail contracts. The two airlines have sent proposal requests to their existing catering suppliers and other relevant companies. 

Alpha Inflight Retail confirmed to RavenFox.com that it is developing its bid, which includes sourcing, supply and logistics opportunities. Alpha Inflight Retail previously held the contract onboard BMI butthe airline has run its own retail for the past few years.

The contract will run for three years and will begin in June.
