BAA appoints new head of fashion

UK airport group BAA has announced the appointment of Hazel Curry as Head of Category for fashion and fashion accessories within the retail division.

Curry formerly worked for Selfridges as Buying Manager for Designer Womenswear, where she helped to develop and implement the luxury goods oriented ?Superbrands? project.
 
Colin Hargrave, Retail Director for UK airports said, ?I am delighted to welcome Hazel to the company. She brings extensive experience that will enable us to strengthen our retail offering further.?
 
Within her new role at BAA, Curry will be responsible for the development of the fashion shopping experience at the company's seven UK airports.
 
Hargreaves added: ?We look forward to identifying even more new and exciting opportunities to ensure that BAA airport shopping continues to bring fresh and enticing initiatives to each of our airports.?
