BAA USA appoints team members at Cleveland

The operator is the newly-appointed master developer of concessions at Cleveland Hopkins International

BAA USA, which was appointed in February as the master developer of retail and food and beverage concessions at Cleveland Hopkins International airport (CLE), has announced two key appointments to its team. Michael Wish has joined the company as retail operations manager and will be responsible for overseeing the Airmall concept’s retail business at CLE. BAA has also appointed Heidi Ann Slavik as administrative assistant.

BAA USA president Mark Knight said: “BAA Cleveland is pleased to welcome these two highly qualified individuals to a dynamic team that will develop and manage the new Airmall at Cleveland Hopkins International airport.”
