BAA Maryland appoints new retail managers

Baltimore-Washington International airport's Airmall team has been bolstered by the addition of development and concessions managers

BAA Maryland has announced two managerial appointments to help develop retail opportunities at Baltimore-Washington International Airport.
 
Rob Hale has been appointed development manager, overseeing construction. He joins as architect from AMEC Construction and will oversee all phases of the airport's Airmall retail development.
 
Bridget White has been appointed concessions manager and will monitor performance, customer service and quality standards. She joins from an estate agency in Washington.
 
BAA Maryland president Mark Knight said: "It's exciting to announce the talented individuals joining our team in Maryland. Their skills, training, dedication and enthusiasm for the project will help fuel the success of the programme."
