Appleyard has left the company to join a London-based design agency
Appleyard, who held various marketing and communications roles with the retailer, will assume the newly created role of client services director.
An Alpha statement read: “Avril will be much missed at Alpha where she has made many significant contributions and shown great loyalty and commitment over the years. She is wished every success in her new career.”
