Airports of Thailand has also appointed a new director and a new member of its audit committee

The Airports of Thailand (AoT) board of directors has elected Serirat Prasutanond as its new president. The board has also appointed Prasutanond as director to replace Pongpen Summapan, who is to retire from her position on the AoT board as she will reach the full retirement age of 65 years on June 30. Both appointments are effective from July 1.

Summapan was also a member of AoT’s audit committee and the board has appointed Air Chief Marshal Bureerat Ratanavanich to replace her in that capacity. This is also effective from July 1.
