The Thailand airport authority has claimed the case should be with the Administrative Court, according to reports

Airports of Thailand (AoT) has claimed the Civil Court has no authority to issue an injunction to protect King Power International Group (Thailand) after the court barred AoT from removing King Power’s property in the duty-free areas of Bangkok Suvarnabhumi airport, according to reports in the local press. AoT has the backing of the Attorney-General’s office, which also says the case should be analysed by the Administrative Court.

The reports indicate that King Power now has 15 days to counter AoT’s petition, after which the Civil Court is expected to liaise with the Administrative Court to decide which of them should handle the case. Both companies have been called for another meeting on December 28.
