Alpha launches online shopping programme

Alpha Travel Retail has launched a new website offering pre-order duty- and tax-free shopping to UK travellers.

The new pre-order service at www.airportshopping.com is available to passengers flying from Newcastle and Leeds Bradford airports. Other regional airports, including Birmingham, Belfast International and Cardiff are expected to go online by the summer.

For travellers within the EU, fragrances, watches, champagne and wine are available. Non-EU travellers can choose from the full range of duty-free goods, including tobacco and spirits.
