The agreement, which will end on September 30 and has annual sales of approximately £27m ($53m), is for the World News outlets at London Heathrow terminal three, Edinburgh and Aberdeen airports.

Alpha has long-term contracts for World News stores in many of the UK’s regional airports. In a statement the company re-iterated: “World News remains an important part of the Alpha Airport Services’ portfolio.”
