The retailer signs a letter of intent to operate retail at Aerodom's airports in the Dominican Republic

In a move that could lead to dramatic growth in its Caribbean operations, Spanish travel retailer Aldeasa has informed Madrid stock exchange regulator CNMV that it has reached an agreement of intent with Dominican airport authority Aerodom. Subject to due diligence and approval from both boards, Aldeasa will operate retail outlets at all airports operated by Aerodom, including Las Americas airport in Santo Domingo.

RavenFox.com understands that Inter Duty Free, the current concessionaire at Las Americas, is in the process of negotiating the termination of its contract with Aerodom.
