Aldeasa profits fall 12% despite higher turnover

Aldeasa, the Madrid-based duty-free and travel-retail operator, has announced 2002 net profits of ?22.1m ($24m), down 12.4 % on the previous 12 months

The fall in profit was due mainly to the sale of Aldeasa's air cargo handling activities in the first half of 2001.
