The Pernod Ricard brand’s 31yo limited edition will be sold exclusively at Paris Charles de Gaulle and Nice Côte D’Azur airports
Pernod Ricard-owned brand Aberlour has launched a limited edition Aberlour 31yo single cask whisky that will be available exclusively with French retail operator Aelia. The 96 individually numbered bottles will be available in the retailer’s stores at Paris Charles de Gaulle and Nice Côte D’Azur airports.
The supplier claims this single cask Aberlour was matured in an American oak barrel and has matured for 31 years, developing a “rich, multi-layered character”. It will retail for €255 ($395) in duty-free.
Aberlour already has two other products which are exclusive to travel-retail: Aberlour 12yo old sherry cask matured whisky and Aberlour 15yo old double cask matured whisky.
