Aelia appoints international business development executive

Philippe Hautrive joins the retail operator from parent company Lagardère Services

Philippe HautriveFrench travel retailer Aelia has appointed Philippe Hautrive as its executive vice-president international business development from March 1. Hautrive joins Aelia from parent company Lagardère Services, where he has worked since January 2000.

Aelia chairman and CEO Jean-Baptiste Morin said: “We are delighted to welcome Philippe to Aelia Group, where he will have a vital role to play as we seek to fulfil our plans for international development. His experience at Lagardère Services will complement and build on our in-house expertise, while he brings an extremely valuable understanding of the markets that we are targeting for expansion. International development is a strategic objective for Aelia and I am confident that the appointment of Philippe will help us achieve our goals.”
