Abu Dhabi Duty Free is launching a luxury retail concept that divides products for men and women into two distinct sections

A new “his and hers” luxury retail concept will soon be unveiled at Abu Dhabi International airport. Resident concessionaire Abu Dhabi Duty Free (ADDF) is creating two separate outlets offering men’s and women’s fashion, luxury and designer brands. The stores, due to open next month, are located on the upper level of terminal one. They will operate under the fascia Domo, named after the airport roof’s dome feature.

The stores will offer products from brands including Tumi, Sabo, Pilgrim, Porsche Design, Toscow, Gant, Morgan, Boss Orange and Boss Black, as well as ADDF’s own brand, Vespucci.

The retailer claims that the development of this concept is a response to customer demand. ADDF general manager Niveen Ibrahim said: “We are extremely proud to be the first to bring such a unique concept to the region; it is a clear demonstration of ADDF’s insistence on listening and understanding our customers in order that we... [can]... succeed by innovating around their wants and needs.”
