Aer Rianta International has pledged $5,930 to help Our Lady’s Hospital for Sick Children
Retail operator Aer Rianta International (ARI) is to donate $5,920 to this year’s DFNI Charity Ball in aid of the Children’s Research and Medical Foundation at Our Lady’s Hospital for Sick Children in Crumlin, Ireland. The ball will take place at the Renaissance Chancery Court hotel in London on February 29 and the aim is to raise funds to buy a state-of-the-art imaging system that will enable staff at the hospital to quickly and accurately detect and diagnose heart defects in children.
German travel retailer Gebr Heinemann and IBCS Trading and Distribution have also shown their generosity, donating $3,990 and $800 respectively. Beiersdorf, owner of skincare and beauty brand Nivea, has donated a luxury spa break at the Nivea World Spa opening in Dubai later this year. Pernod Ricard will once again supply the table wine for the evening. Liquor supplier Camus has pledged various bottles of vintage cognac and ELI Group has given 4m3 of product or stand materials for this year’s TFWA World Exhibition in Cannes. Kavanagh Communications has become the latest company to book a table at the ball.
