Master concessionaire BAA Boston and retail operator ARI-Sardana JFK, the partnership between Aer Rianta International (ARI) and the Sardana Group, have announced the opening of a new Runway Fashion airside store at Boston Logan International airport terminal E. The companies will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony on June 18 to mark the launch of the outlet, which will offer fashion products from brands such as Lacoste, Diesel, Guess and Quiksilver in addition to jewellery collections from Misaki, Antica Murrina and Thomas Sabo. Sunglasses from Gucci, Dior, Emporio Armani and Hugo Boss will also be available to travellers.

BAA Boston vice-president of development Mike Caro said: “Runway Fashion epitomizes ‘of-the-moment’ fashion, and BAA Boston is pleased to welcome this new store to the Airmall at Boston Logan for its second location in the US. Runway Fashion and the wide selection it brings will be a great addition to the many retail offerings at the Airmall.”

Airport operator Massport business general manager Jack Hemphill added: “Runway Fashion is a welcome addition to [Boston] Logan airport’s retail programme, which provides a wide variety of selection to the millions of passengers that pass through the airport each year.”

ARI-Sardana JFK secured in 2007 a five-year contract to operate the Runway Fashion shop at Boston Logan International airport.
