The airport authority will offer consumers complimentary light therapy sessions at Paris Charles de Gaulle and Paris Orly airports later this month to fend off winter blues and jet lag

It what it claims is an airport first, airport authority Aéroports de Paris (AdP) will offer passengers complimentary light therapy sessions from December 20 at Paris Charles de Gaulle (CdG) terminal 2E and Orly West airports.

The initiative includes “fixed light therapy areas” and mobile teams of experts to deliver “express” treatments in boarding lounges. The rest areas, equipped with Philips Energy light devices and relaxation chairs, are designed to help restore stamina before and after passengers travel and fight winter blues.

From January light therapy will be available in AdP’s boutiques and at CdG spa concessionaire Be Relax will offer anti-jet lag massages and light therapy products.
