Next year's Global Travel Retail Summit promises to build on the strong foundations of the 2005 event
HMS Host managing director Walter Seib, BAA USA vice president and regional director Mark Knight and Abu Dhabi Duty Free managing director Mohamed Mounib are among speakers confirmed for the 2006 Global Travel Retail Summit, to be held on Feb 1-3 at the Millennium Mayfair Hotel in London. Other speakers include World Tourism Organization market intelligence and promotion officer Sandra Carvăo and World Duty Free trading director David Griffiths.People registering before January 6 2006 are entitled to a 20% discount on the standard delegate fee, which includes a ticket to a gala dinner on February 2, where the winners of the second annual Global Awards for Excellence in Travel Retail will be announced.
